The veins in my wrist keep screaming
Begging me to let them breathe
To open them up
To give them relief
And let the blood rush out



The veins in my wrist
Are no longer screaming
But I am

I liked it, but personally I would change the line "And let the blood rush out" To "And let the blood run free" It just flows better to me. Also, for your second verse, I would try and expand it to the same amount of lines as the first. Otherwise I really enjoyed it. Check out my poem 'For you, friend'. You may like it.
