It's Over
Memory without Clarity,
Your love: nothing but charity.
I burn the photos of our past.
We’re finally over at past.
Barbarity, Severity,
A love without sincerity.
For I felt nothing but harassed
As I tossed the images: trash.
Disparity, Sweet Reverie,
Why must I love Temerity?
Our dreamy days of love have passed,
And the road before me is so vast.
Reality: a parody,
I have seen your austerity.
Now you’re gone, I can breathe at last
As I burn the pictures of our past.
