As I slip into a paralyzed sleep,
My mind becomes one with the
silence of the night.
My body lays motionless
as my soul hot wires my brain,
giving life to my mind in
sounds and pictures.
These fragments of life
are often made up, yet
they all have a secret
meaning of truth to them.
Sometimes they show me happiness,
and other times my greatest fears.
And yet, I cannot remember most
of these lively fragments of my
mind’s frightening desires.
