Where creeps that maggot I saw minutes ago?
His pearly, pudgy figure is nowhere to be seen
He moved so slowly
He surely would have been noted
Unless
But certainly not
He's crawled into my skin
Sneaked just past my toenail
And made his way deep in
He would crawl through my bloodstream
and nibble on my brains
My nerves would burn and tickle
Until I could not move
Then one day
said maggot
Would fly out of my ear
