An Immortal's Crown

headdress
of glittering, frozen raindrops-
an immortal's crown
a skirt
of bleeding flowers,
bare from the waist up,
let the moonlight clothe you,
the settling dew,
you-
light up like your soul was a match that struck fire
as I howl beneath the moon in the distance,
letting the sleeping world RESOUND
with the sound
of the midnight rivers surging through me.
