swinging from the branches
of the shaded weeping willow
finding new adventures

I was once a sweet girl
who fell so hard for him
said he was the only
love i'd ever have

I was once a wise woman
sitting on her porch
rocking in my wooden swing
watching the sun set behind the lake

I was once a young child.
