Yo! I may be little.
But please don’t ever ask me to play the fiddle.
I might be able to answer your riddle.
At some point, we might eventually meet in the middle.

Guess you want to know some about me.
So sit back, and have yo self a cold glass of iced tea.
When I was little, I was hardly able to climb a tree.
I would always cry like heck when I got stung by a bee.
Now I sort of know how to ski.

If you don’t know yet- my names Nick.
Please don’t ever call me Rick or Mick.
Cause those ain’t my names so you might expect a kick.
I live in a place where you can get ticks.
But don’t worry, they shouldn’t make you too sick.
When I play it, I always use a guitar pick.
So, my name’s Nick.

(Yo) I am a member of the LPA.
Always like goin out on the Chesapeake Bay.
If I could, I would eat all the seafood on that tray.
I hope to live by the ocean someday.
I even once petted a sting ray.

Yeah, you could say I like helpin people out.
After all, I am a Boy Scout.
It’s tons of fun so I don’t need to pout.
Even when we eat sour kraut.

So, you can say I like to sketch.
Since I ain’t got no dog, I can’t play fetch.
I don’t like to call a person a wretch.

So, my name is Nick.
I ask you again to please not call me Rick or Mick.
Cause those ain’t my names so you might expect a kick.
When you are done with your Popsicle, I would advise not trying to eat the stick.
Cause you would start choking and I would remind you there only meant to lick.
It may cause you to feel a little sick.
But my name will still be Nick.

Obviously I like to write.
If I could, I would do it all night.
Then maybe I would watch the fight.
Or as a little boy and girl fly their kite.
When it gets dark, I’ll turn on the light.
So you can still have sight.

I also like to drum.
If you know me, ya know that I ain’t a bum.
Cause it might make me look lazy and dumb.
I also try to play harmonica some.

I ain’t no nerd but I think big bridges are kinda cool.
They weren’t designed by no fool.
Had to use a couple of fancy tools.
To make it so nice that you would drool.

As you’ve heard before, my names Nick.
So don’t ever call me Rick or Mick.
Or you might expect a heck of a kick.
I’m not one who collects guitar picks.
Nor do I got a dog who always licks.
But I got a goat who, it seems always got a few ticks.
But my name will still be Nick.

Yeah, I’m kinda obsessed with trains.
I also kinda like planes.
Cars on the interstate are always chagin lanes.
Cause the pavement can get a little slick when it rains.
I’ve seen many tower cranes.

I sort of live out in the middle of nowhere.
In a place where some folk like huntin bear.
Here there is always somewhat clean air.
We, for the most part, always know what is right to wear.
Cause if we don’t, someone will eventually care.

I got three bros: David, Kevin and John.
Also got a sis- we call her Annie- but no one named Ron! (Yo)
Used to have an Uncle Don.
But now he is gone.

Have I told you yet that my name is Nick?
By now you should know quite well not to call me Rick or Mick.
Cause you know that you could possibly expect a kick.
If you come around here, you might get something crawlin up your leg- it’s called a tick.
Don’t panic, all you got to do is flick.
Then you might not get sick.
But please, still call me Nick!

My friend Allen will sometimes yell:
“RICK N.-
HE’S SEXY AS HELL!”
I don’t often go to Taco Bell.
A crazy story my uncle can tell.
Bout a time that into a lake he fell.
Then he found a nice sea shell.
Thought it would look good on EBay, but it never did sell.

So now you know a bit bout me.
I will let you go free.
As long as you promise to never run into a tree.
Perhaps with a couple a them scones you’d like tea.
Don’t take it outside or it might attract a bee.

So now, it’s yo turn to tell a story.
Come on, we ain’t got all day homie!
