To be Alone is to feel hurt with none to comfort you

To be Free is to look around and be able to go anywhere

To be Alone is write a song and have none to share with

To be Free is to be released from commitment

Am I Alone or Free?

To be Alone is to wish then there was more than one at your table for two

To be Free is to be able run and feel the wind your hair

To be Alone is to believe true love is only a myth

To be Free is to move just to live in the moment

I am not Free

I am alone

Because she is not next to me

Thanks, the reason I did that is because I did in the perspective of a guy who just broke up with his girlfriend for lack of space having doubts as he went along

Ok first off wow I love this poem. The concept of Freedom vs Being lonely is an intresting concept to try and compare and contrast but I think you accomplished that! But one thing I have a question about is where does she come in? At the start  its freedom vs being alone and then suddenly there is heartbreak. So my only piece of advice is transiton into the last part a bit.  Otherwise, its pretty good (:
