True was the love this young couple shared
They stayed with one another through thick and thin
No matter what the circumstance they pledged to never leave
Holding hands and walking down the long winding road
Leading to a future they would soon hold together
Nothing could break the bond they held so fondly to
Sweet sparrows sung their song
Time seemed to stop
And everything was silent
As they had their first kiss under the Apple Tree
