There was a day, when I believed in myself,
When I believed in hope,
When I believed someone was there for me.

But, one day,
Everything I believed in, was wrong.

I couldn't ever believe in my self again,
I couldn't ever believe in hope again,
And, I definitely could not believe in someone being there for me.

They say there are always friends out there for you,
Well, sometimes, they are,
Sometimes they aren't.

Sometimes, the people you consider friends,
Help you when you're down.
While others, bring you down.
