Hey there! I enjoyed the simplicity of the poem, though it turned into much more. The deeper meaning beneath is very intense. I am impressed that you were able to put so much emotion into such a short poem. I'd like to see this continued into a long poem, I'd like to learn about the backstory. I thought this was very, very interesting. Good job.
