Emptiness in a hole

Feelings unsaid
gives a space,
that will not
fill and I feel a pain
that will not go away,
like I am being eaten inside out.
There are no solutions
For the frustrations.
No remedy
For the hate, misunderstanding, and endless trying,
as if I am lost in a foreign world.
A shimmer is there
but I find it hard to see amidst the dirt,
A search that gnaws at my soul.
I wait endlessly
for a missed call that turns
into lost emotions
making a lost connection that creates
a space that will be
unfilled.
