When something bad happens you have three choices. You can either let it define you, let it destroy you or you can let it strengthen you.

When you think of the word hate
You see a backstabber or someone fake
A distrust in a long relationship
That feeling that just hurts inside

When I think of the word hate
I see a long, broken life
A distrust in someone you always trusted
The destruction of everything you knew
I see you

When people think of the word hate
They see it as a strong word
A word that is mis-used
Something no one should say

Hate is stronger than a dislike
More emotional then a love gone wrong
A deepness of the heart broken and used
Pain and scattered lay every memory

I see you everytime I think of that word hate
Every distraught feeling
A childhood I never knew
The way you left me broken and abused
