Assignment 5
Her beauty is like a morning sunrise,
But beauty is only momentary,
So I want more than pretty eyes,
For the girl I want to marry.
My girl must be empathetic.
She’ll know if something’s wrong.
If not that is pathetic
And this will not be life long.
I’d like it if she is real funny,
Ready to crack a joke.
Or if she is as sweet as honey
It will make me smile if she spoke.
I guess that’s why I’m stuck on her
Because everyone is jealous.
I’m with the girl you wish you were
And the beauty is just a plus!
