The trees whisper excitedly to each other
Cool green grasses peek out of the hard ground
Song birds herald the end of an era
Frigid winds swiftly change their moods
Silvery icicles yield to the warm air
The Sun's reign lasts longer and longer each day
Drowsy creatures stir from deep slumbers
Cool rains brings lime throughout the forest
White faced buds burst into life
From his icy throne Winter sees his death
As Spring returns with the first light of dawn
