Waking up to dark clouds,
And Water running down the cold windows,
I find myself crying hysterically, yet numb,
I realized, he was gone.
I'm here but I'm not,
He has left but he will be brought.

The author's comments:
This piece is about a loved one who has died, yet the idea of him being gone is so painful that she consdiers going after hikm. Death is the key.
