Lost in the Forest
Getting lost in the forest is an easy thing to do
Here I look for the next clue
I do not know what I will encounter there
And I just wait to be ensnared
I tumble through pages growing on trees
I dashed through the prologue with relative ease
In this forest I encountered good and the devil
I root for the good but get excited by the evil
I get scarred by the brambles
As I watch the protagonist take gambles
As I get to the climax
The details become more vivid than IMAX
I wonder will the hero blunder
In its follow there will surely be thunder
As I see light peeking through
I am ready to start anew
As I burst through the final chapter into the dazzling sunlight
I look at the clock and gasp in sight
