I beg him to stay
I want him to stay
I could never lose my best friend
Please stay
I know you're hurting, but I'll fix you
I ask again, will you stay?
He slides the blade across his wrist
He's decided not to stay
He's crying out for help on the inside
He really does want to stay
He thinks and he thinks
He can't find a reason to stay
I say, "I can't lose my best friend."
Leave the blade and stay
He cries as he puts down the blade
He's decided to stay
