To relieve a nervous tick.
A vein, just a vein,
To stop me from going insane.
A drop, just a drop,
To make the madness stop.
A beat, just a beat,
Not some momentous feat.
Relief, just relief,
From pain beyond belief.
A blade, just a blade,
that's how it will be made.
A line, just a line,
So thin and so fine.
A fall, just a fall,
Meant to end it all.
A friend, just a friend,
