Lost Love
She stands alone,
In the crowded streets,
Confused, sad, alone.
She doesn’t know what to do,
But run.
She runs, and runs, and runs.
She’s gone.
He sits at home,
Crying.
There’s no way to stop it.
He lost something important,
Her.
Up in heaven is where she lay,
Speaking to him.
He doesn’t know,
But she doesn’t know what else to do.
She’s gone,
And will never come back.
The lost each other,
But they will always remember,
What used to be,
Father and daughter…
Love.
