The Dance of the Snowflakes

Your fingertips whisk through my hair,
enlightening it with a dusting of snow;
dancing with it, the sparkling chill as your ballroom;
frosting it with ribbons; you twirl it around your finger
absentmindedly
swirling through strand after strand, dancer after dancer,
caressing and goodbying
