Autumn
That first gust of cold air,
Can be someone’s dream or nightmare.
The leaves are changing color, fall is setting in,
As leaves dance in the air, flying with the wind.
Piles of leaves lie in wait, as I shuffle,
Down the sidewalk and through the gate,
There sits a tree, with leaves all around,
It’s here, fall has been found.
