Situation as confusing as a maze
As chaotic as a thunderstorm
As overwhelming as a crowded room
This feeling i can't shake
I feel it in the pit of my stomach
it overtakes my thoughts
And frequently visits my dreams
It's frustrating at times
Yet oddly comforting at others
How can i love and hate the same feeling?
I long for those dreams to become reality
I never want the thoughts to leave
One minute I feel like I'm being choked
The next i cant stop smiling
This feeling drives me crazy
Yet i never want it to stop
Why cant you share these feelings?
Can you not see the look on my face?
Sometimes i just want to scream
But you make me laugh
Sometimes I just want to cry
But you make me smile
These feelings don't make sense
Yet are so clear
I long for these feelings to be shared
...even if only in a dream..
