Looking Glass Lies
I was spellbound, captivated by you,
obliviously unaware of the danger,
caused by you.
Naively, I believed in your lies.
I fell into your looking glass lies,
and can't get out of a world of hate and blame.
I took the bait, told you all,
and you used it for yourself.
I'm tougher now, wiser too,
I see it clear, the lies,
you never wanted me,
you only wanted you
I fell into your looking glass lies,
and can't get out of a world of hate and blame.
I took the bait, told you all,
and you used it for yourself
I'm breaking out,
because it ends right now,
haters can hate, but they know
when I've broken though to you.
I fell into your looking glass lies,
but I escaped,
and someday you'll figurer out
I'm better than you.
I was spellbound, captivated by you,
but I walked away,
Looking glass lies and you
