audacity;
They told me to dig deeper
And that their skulls carried
Gold and diamonds within
But when my words made
That gracious incision,
The malleable flesh of the
Brain was cracked dry and I
Shuddered to think that
People like this could weave
Robes out of lies and wear
Crowns made of ignorance
Yet still call themselves kings.
