Favorite Quote:
And being young and full of folly, I fell in love with melancholy.
-Robert Frost
(It's not really personal but I like it)

There is a room in heaven
Where the walls go upward forever painted with books
Where God’s favorite humans sit around tables
Discussing and arguing
Some writing feverously
Others reading intently
And others encompassed by deep thought
As they drag on a cigarette.
The greatest thinkers who have ever lived
The greatest thinkers who will have ever lived
Sit together in a café.
Some coffee, some drinks, some cigarettes
An endless supply of paper and ink
And every book in creation.
And from time to time God says to them
“Where are you?”
“Who am I?”
“What am I like?”
And never do they see him.
Newton and Einstein
Shakespeare and Homer
Buddha and Jesus
And so many more
They go at it.
They discuss and pontificate
They argue and reevaluate
They write and think
And think and think.
Sometimes they are so foolishly far from the answer
And God laughs.
How could they be so wrong?
But sometimes they are so very close.
That He stands back in awe.
Marveling at the wonder that man has come so far.
But they have so much further to go.
And when a fool talks
Thinking he is smart
And others believe him
They move backwards.
And this will go on forever.
