An unconquerable moment,
the breath of life against your cheek,
skin so soft;
hands wandering and
fingertips tracing imaginary lines,
spreading like a slow, cold fire,
roots of a tree of life that never perishes.
A faint whisper that explains
everything;
a kiss of blooming love,
an fulfilled want,
an unfathomable desire,
just like a flower-
ehere I am merely the leaves of your stem,
the underside of your petals.
