Cancer
Don’t wake me when I’m soggy
And when poison fills my veins
Not when I’m already dead
And tumors eat my brains
Don’t wake me when I’m bleeding
And I spit and hack up blood
And not when I am sleeping
My heart is filled with mud
Don’t wake me when I’m shedding
And I start to lose my hair
Don’t think that you can raise the dead
Cause I’m already there
Don’t wake me when I’m sickly
And my skin starts to turn green
If I had eyes I’d see that
If I had lungs I’d scream
Don’t wake me for the morning
Don’t wake me for the midday
Don’t wake me for the horrors
Don’t wake me till I’m gone
