I Am Poem
I am a curious girl who likes snow
I wonder if I can build a giant snow fort
I hear whizzing snowballs float by
I see a great war with forts and snowballs
I want the power to make snow appear
I am a curious girl who likes snow
I pretend I am a general in a war
I feel cold snow in my hand as I reload
I touch the hat to put it on my snowmen soldiers
I worry the snow will end in spring
I am a curious girl who likes snow.
I understand every snowflake is different
I say “ready your arm troops, Fire!”
I dream I will win the war of snow
I try to make it through the fires and grab the flag
I hope no one is hit by the line of fire
I am a curious girl who likes snow.
