Good Girl Gone
Never again will I be the girl you call only when you want something.
That girl is long gone.
She’s been stung for the last time from you wanting to fling.
The line has finally been drawn.
You have no idea of the damage you have caused to her.
Thank god she gets stronger with pain.
Letting go is something that she will no longer defer.
Starting out again as if a new life, she can finally be sane.
Next time you see her, she’ll be sure to thank you.
For everything: pain, lessons, and sorrow.
Never again will she wait for you to give her that cue.
Her time is done being up for you to borrow.
