I watch you through a faded window.
I can’t fully see who you are.
I can see…
From your eyes you’re a fighter.
From your laughs your slightly care free.
From your tattoo you’re different.
From your occasional blank stares you’re a dreamer.
From your smile you’re hiding something.
From your hair you’re unique.
But I can’t see…
When you’re older who you want to be.
When you fall down who you run to.
What your favorite music is.
What kind of childhood you had growing up.
Who your hero is.
Who you are on the inside.
