When my heart beats
Oh so very fast?

Can’t you feel it
When my hand sweats
Like water on a glass?

Can’t you feel it
When my knees wobble
Because you are so close?

Can’t you feel it
In your heart
And know I love you most?

Can’t you feel it
Crash down on you
Like a stranded airplane?

Can’t you feel my heartbeat,
And remember just my name?
