The Girl Polly

Her name was Polly, and she had red hair.
Polly enjoyed pickles
And afternoons storms
For they made her wonder about the world
Polly played hopscotch
But always by herself
She was a lonely one, nobody understood
But Polly did what she could
She ate her pickles and watched the rain
As it washed away her hopscotch game
