Things that slip
It is easy to catch
footballs,
softballs,
tennis balls,
and
basketballs.
It is not easy to get
good grades,
winning goals,
a gold trophy,
and
money.
It is easy to catch
injuries,
tears,
trouble,
and
love.
It is not easy to get
everyone happy,
a perfect family,
a good schedule,
and
to not get into fights.
It is easy to catch are dreams.
But sometimes these dreams change.
It is easy to let things slip,
hope,
faith,
good habits,
and
attitude.
So when you catch a dream, make sure you hold it tight,
so
it
will
not
slip
through
the
2 hands
and
10 fingers
you have.
