"The prettiest flowers grow in the biggest pile of manure."

i am suffocating

under the flood of

anger in this

house.

the crossfire

of my family's hatred

tears at my skin,

leaving scars on my arms

inflicted by my own hand.

how do i escape

the flames of the fighting?

where is the exit

from this labyrinth of lividity?

if i remain

in this chaos

and this pain

my sanity will

not

survive.
