Never judge a book you've never read!

Trees blow in the wind
Rain smashing against the window pane
Children crying
Hiding from thunder

Thunder breaks
Children running to their mother
Children screaming in horror
Mother singing to comfort her children

Lights go out
Children screaming louder
Mother holding her children closer
Whispering to them
It's going to be okay

Rain goes away
Thunder releases
A rainbow forms

Children laughing and singing
Just like their mother did

I love it

I wrote this because I was feeling down. I thought if I think about something that makes me happy I will forget all about the bad things. Which it kinda did until reality settled in and then I remembered what had happened.
