The journey

My heart is going down,down,
Down into the murky waters below
that nail my feet into the bottom boards below
looking up at Gods welcoming hands
excepting the fact that the journey is complete
And the candle extinguished
but that the journey coming is far greater
And never ending
that pain is now peace
And hate is now love
The journey is about to begin
The flame once more.
