If I stayed
Your tongue was a gun that shot straight through my heart
Inciting a river of blood to flow
My pain was the nectar you so desperately needed
You beg me not to leave
You fight dirty without ever throwing a punch
You killed me and yet my heart is beating
Pounding against my ribcage
Wanting me to stay;
Ready for more abuse but its already black and blue
I can't take much more
Your punching bag is deflating
My will is almost gone
But a little spark still remains
And its begging me to leave
Though I wish I could stay
