Trapped

There's a person inside me-
Just looking for a way to come out.
Searching, but never finding,
the exit.
Trapped.
Too scared to let the person out.
Too afraid of who I might become.
Too worried of what others will think.
The person inside of me wouldn't care at all.
The person inside of me is trapped,
wanting to come out.
But I won't let it out.
Although I really want to.
I just--
Can't.
