We pass right by to stop and say hey
Mutual friends but still astray
looking at you with open eyes
you look back with hopeless sighs

One day you’ll be yourself again
but I am losing, hoping you have time to win
forgetting that we started to begin

To beat those things that are bringing you down
waiting for someday to realize, it just might be this town
