Dreams By The Bay

His big brown eyes got a hold of mine,
Since that day there has been nothing but pain,
He left a scar in my heart since his mistake,
Was I ever going to be okay?
That one day,
He told me I best be on my way,
I said, "I dare not leave you by the bay."
He replied, "You'll see me another day."
It was true,
His skin was pale blue,
But this time I didn't see his eyes,
Why, oh why?
Did he commit suicide.
