Nothingness
I sit and stare with nothing to live for.
My world is falling down; a catastrophic mess.
I must appear strong, because without it,
I'm nothing.
I sit and stare with everything around me.
Taking nothing for granted, nothing of quantity.
I must appear to have everything, because without it,
I'm nothing.
I sit and stare with blank-eyes,
Looking at the world, as it falls to its demise.
I must disappear, because to be here,
Is to be nothing.

wow. I'm speechless. This is a great poem, even though it's dark and filled with sadness.
Don't be hopeless, hopelessly_hopeless. There's always a reason to have hope, even if you can't see it.
