♥ I try not to hide
I Notice the ones who criticize
Are the ones that are blind
Flaws make the person wise
I chose to be a goddess inside♥

For the first five years of life the wall was not there
Ounce school started no one cared
Tears everyday
Hate made its way
No friends at all
Yet the wall was not quite tall
Add 5 more years
To a wall made of tears
Betrayed,hated and alone
No one to call her own
All hell broke loose
The wall let her hate threw
She felt to attack
Her whole world turned black
Locked away
Never to see the light of day
Another year she fades
Love some how broke threw
A hurricane threw the levees in the bayou
Vulnerable to attack
She was forced to go back
The wall quickly rebuilt
All emotions Killed
Add two more years
A light finally appeared
Scared to make a move
She made her way threw
A connection was made
The girls heart was remade
Today the wall still is there
But few people do care
She tries to stay in the light
But a new problems in sight
The wall is there to stay
Waiting to be shelter another day

The wall gotten a few inches taller
Something happened that was a bother
The one she loves is in pain
The wall makes it hard for her to stop rain
She would risk her life for her love
This is what the girl has dreamt of
She protects the love of her life
Once again she has to fight
The wall still holds on tight

Building strong
Building slowly
Darkness rising
Starring coldly
They all move away
Pain at the end of the day
Shunned once again
Nothing to fear but death
The wall calls her back
Heart slowly decays
The wall gets its way

Now Cinderella don't you go to sleep, it's such a bitter form of refuge, oh don't you know the kingdom's under siege, and everbody needs you. - The Killers

This is haunting, and scarily relatable. I like it! Except, you used the wrong threw a couple of times, it should have been through, but that's okay because it's still a great poem which displays great talent. If you could check out mine sometime that would be great!
