Favorite Quote:
What we do in life echoes in eternity.

This place I go, to lock out all my fears,
My sorrows from yesterday,
It’s where I pray, it’s where I cry, it’s were I sigh,
And every night I lie.
The world does not reach me here,
And ask me to conform, ask me to look in the mirror,
Do I fit the norm?
Because being accepted is so much more important than individuality,
And in the end, we’re all just formalities.
So I leave this room, with a shield of makeup and brand names,
And I feel safe, because there’s no way people will see through it.
The mask comes on, I hide myself, and I leave the best part of me behind,
In my room.

I'm sure a lot of people feel this way. I see this everyday at my school, and I wish it didn't have to be that way.
