Romeo and Juliet,
With forbidden love foretold.
And though our love is not well liked now,
It will be when we're old.
Romeo and Juliet,
Will always end in doom.
But I will see you way down the aisle,
Rather than the tomb.
Romeo and Juliet,
Had to love in fear.
But I swear that fate is good and kind,
And it won't harm us dear.
Romeo and Juliet,
Have their story told worldwide.
And although we won't be famous,
Our love is still my pride.
Romeo and Juliet,
Will never live life through.
But we two will, I know we will,
Because God gave me you.
