The tempest

They move in,
their daggers like
slivers
of moonlight.
And then Cassius stabs.
The pain
rips
through my shirt
I cry out
my white
coat
now red.
My vision clouds
over.
I can feel
daggars
like needles
pierce me
but my pain
is too much
to care.
And I catch
his eye.
My friend
who I have know
for so
long.
He is
hesitant
but I know
him
and he will strike
like a viper.
"Et tu, Brutus?"
I choke out
my final words.
I can feel another dagger
piece my back,
but the pain of the
metal
is nothing compared to
the pain of
Betrayal.
My vision goes dark.
Goodbye,
Brutus.
Betrayer.
I will come back
from Pluto's realm.
I will come back and
Haunt
You.

Not to sound like i don't like it, but what he actually said was, "Et tu Brute?" meaning, "And you Brutus?" to show the betrayal and error that Brutus commited that day.

But other than that, i find the litterary effect good. You can really imagine that it was written by someone caught in the vast web of betrayal.
