confusion
i am spinning in a chair, with jet black hair,
but my hair is blonde. why is my hair black?
the chair gives way from underneath my body,
and a boy catches me. he looks familiar.
i knew the boy a long time ago.
why did he dye my hair black?
he laughs, and i remember his laugh.
his laugh makes my heart cry.
i am spinning in the boy's arms, with jet black hair.
my hair has been black for such a long time.
the boy won't let go of me. he laughs.
i decide to spin for a long time.
i like to spin, now. i have gotten used to it.
i like the boy, now. i have gotten used to him.
he sings to me, and i listen quietly.
i cannot hear his voice, but it is beautiful.
i am running in a field now, with jet black hair.
my hair has been black for as long as i can remember.
the boy picks me up and runs with me in his arms.
i feel scared. the boy says he will not let go of me.
i tell the boy that i trust him with my life.
he drops me. i laugh the same way the boy does.
the grass in the field reaches for me.
i scream at the grass with a beautiful smile.
i am laying in the ground now, with jet black hair.
my hair has always been black.
the boy looks at me with a smile.
tears run down my face.
it all started with spinning.
why is my hair still black?
it doesn't look beautiful anymore.
it is the boy's fault.
