Breathe in, Breathe out
The same two steps for every day.
Breathe in, Breathe out
Are there any words left to say?

Breathe in, Breathe out,
She looks to me with those green eyes.
Breathe in, Breathe out,
She looks at me and slowly cries.

Breathe in, Breathe out,
She searches me with those green eyes.
Breathe in, Breathe out,
I watch her as she slowly dies.

I wrote this after experiencing bereavement. I hope that when people who have had similar experiences read this they know that it's okay to feel deeply when a loved one passes on.
