I am the moon,

And I banished the night,

Maybe there’s an apology here somewhere,

Or atleast an explanation,

But there isn’t,

I just felt like it,

It’s not fair okay?

And I don’t know,

I never asked for the dark,

When I prefer the light so much,

Yet in the bright,

I am nonexistent,

It was the only thing I could do!

The only thing I had power over,

You could never understand,

When all you had was everything you hated,

All you wanted was all you could never have,

Never yours,

Never mine,

I sent it away,

Repulsion can be pushed away only so long,

Tomorrow will come and…
