In My Head
Opal-tailed mermaids swim in icy raven waters
Sometimes I fly white winged above the snowy trees
The moon is my line and the wolf is my father
Beneath me lies purple rivers and monster-orca filled seas
I wait for the ball of silver spirits to call me
So that my current crush could see I have a meaning
It seems that it lifts me in the air and I fail falling
Giant golden clocks and ghosts at the mall cleaning
Giant crystals with black and neon colored lights
Playing cards with the corpses in the fast food place
It's always constant, beautiful purple in the night
Strange,I never feel like I can see my own face
I can fly from one part of town all the way over to you
And watch as you can't see the invisible me
Odd enough some of these bizarre things can come true
Giant hills of rainbow-colored flowers as far as the eye can see
I wish that I can stay in this world as I slumber
Because sometimes it seems real life is kind of dead
The colorful exotic fish grow continuously in numbers
I wish so much that I could live in my own head
